Booking Deposit
This booking requires a non-refundable deposit as detailed at the time of booking, which will be processed upon confirmation. Your booking is confirmed when you receive your email confirmation (providing there are no problems with your credit card and your vehicle is available).
Cancellation Charges
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
33 days+ from departure: Booking Fee
18 to 33 days: 50% of the total rental charges
18 days or less: 100% of charges
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.
Security Deposit
A security and damage deposit are required at the time of the RV pick up and will be refundable after the RV is returned, as long as the unit is returned clean, gas tanks full, holding tanks emptied, no damage was done to the vehicle, and all other terms and conditions have been met. Damages, additional charges or disputes may further delay deposit refunds. Deposits may be made by either cash or credit card. However, a valid signed credit card authorization signed by the renter is required to be on file. All deposits are required to be paid in advance before renter leaves with the RV.
At the time of the vehicle return, in the event of vehicle damage, an additional security deposit of $1,500.00 will be charged and used to remedy all repairs that are required to have the vehicle fixed and in normal operating condition. This includes, but not limited to, out of service charges. Renter is responsible for 100% of all damage and costs to the rented unit.
Collision
A collision is a vehicle-to-vehicle accident only. Any damage to the RV unit by any other means will not be covered by insurance and will be considered negligence.
Towing
There will be no towing of any type during the term of the rental. Any towing by renter will immediately forfeit renters deposit.
Payment Terms
Full payment of rental contract is due 30 days prior to departure and may be made by credit card.
No refunds for early returns.
Major credit cards accepted. MasterCard, Visa and American Express. No Discover Card will be accepted.
Age Requirements
All drivers must be 25 (twenty-five) years of age or older and have a valid drivers license. All drivers that intend to drive the RV must be noted on the rental contract.
Availability
RV Rentals of Orlando, Inc. ability to provide a rental unit is contingent upon and subject to the return by the previous renters, and if there are no accidents or other causes beyond the company's control. If, for any reason beyond the company's control, the unit reserved is not available, the company's liability will be limited to the refund of all refundable monies paid by the renter (the deposit).
Insurance/Liability
Renter is responsible for all damage and costs to the RV, including tire damage of any kind. Renter is responsible for all parking tickets & traffic violations. Renter is responsible for all items missing from the RV including hub caps, mirrors, handles, compartment doors, rear ladder, broken windows, damage to roof by walking on roof, and windshield wipers.
Should a breakdown occur, renter must notify the company's rental office immediately for repair authorization and follow instructions provided by RV Rentals of Orlando, Inc. Renter is responsible for checking engine and transmission oil fluids, lug nuts, wheels, tires and coolant. Renter may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in a breakdown repair for 18 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cruise control, generator malfunctions, repair of flat tires, accidents are not considered a breakdowns and no refunds are available for these items.

For your convenience and to serve you best, schedule a specific arrival time for pick-up. The unit will be checked out completely as to operation and condition with you and a company representative before departure. Only authorized drivers are allowed to drive this vehicle. Non-compliance with this condition will result in forfeiture of security deposit and may leave renter liable for additional charges and damages. Upon return the vehicle will be inspected. The interior and the exterior are to be clean and all personnel belongings removed. RV Rentals of Orlando, Inc. will not be responsible for items left in vehicle at time of return. Based on the condition of the rental unit at time of return, the appropriate charges will be applied against the security deposit. Please allow 1 hour for check out and check in.Under no circumstances will return of rental unit be accepted outside of normal business hours as stated above. If customer leaves unit at company's location after business hours customer will be fully responsible for any damage to vehicle and may cause forfeiture of deposit.By signing below, renter or customer agrees that any and all charges placed on their credit card are legitimate and authorized charges for the rental transaction they are completing, and hereby agree not to dispute these charges.

* awning not to be used, you will be responsible for the full cost of replacement if it is used and damaged

* delivery of motorhome, up to 50 miles, $100.00 plus gas & miles
* airport pick up, $75.00 each way
We have an optional Custom Set up and Return Package. We fill all the water tanks, set up chemicals in bathroom toilets and give you chemicals for the bathroom and special toilet paper. Upon return we dump the holding tanks, sanitize the holding tanks, put in fresh water and new chemicals. We also have unlimited use of propane gas. We include light cleaning of the interior and the exterior of Motor Home. Cleaning for non-allowable pets or non-allowable smoke is not covered in this package. Our fee is $125.00. Heavy cleaning or exterior bug cleaning is extra.

In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

We do motorhome delivery if the location is within 50 miles of our
county base. There would be a charge of $100 plus gas & miles
